As an old and historic Coaching Inn dating back to the 1790’s, Manor Hotel is charmingly different from any modern build hotel. For one thing, although we have a room type called Standard, there is no such thing as a standard room at the Manor. Every room is unique in size and shape.
Due to the location on The Beacon there are steps in a few of the front facing rooms, on the first floor. This all adds to the experience of staying in one of Exmouth’s oldest hostelries but also means you might wish to check the layout of the room you book, should you have specific requirements.
We have a choice of comfortable rooms and locations available within the Hotel, including large family rooms, large or small double, twin and single rooms. Many of our rooms, on all floors enjoy sea or estuary views.

Our hotel is strictly non smoking throughout and anyone found to be smoking or taking illegal substances will be asked to vacate the property and will be charged a fee for cleaning of soft furnishings.
