Parking in Exmouth, as in most busy town centres – and even more so in a seaside town – can be a challenge. There is free on-road parking available outside the front and back of the hotel if you are lucky enough to find a space. We offer a limited number of on-site spaces on a first-come, first-served basis at £12 per night. A few of these spaces can be pre-booked in advance; please let our Reception team know at the time of booking your room or upon arrival.

Exmouth also benefits from a number of council car parks within a short walk of the hotel. Please ask at Reception for a map. We are also fortunate to be on the main Land Train route, meaning that a walk into town or down to the beach can be followed by catching the blue-and-white stripy train back to our front door during the summer months.

Disabled badge holders may park directly outside our front door for a limited time to unload guests and luggage.

Secure Bicycle Storage: With so many wonderful cycle tracks along the coast as well as the Exe Estuary we welcome cyclists to stop off for a night’s rest or just for a quick drink and snack. Being so conveniently situated close to the beach and estuary we are easy to find and we are happy to store your bikes securely for the duration of your stay. If the urge for a cycle ride grabs you while you are with us there are cycle hire opportunities with very experienced staff, in the centre of Exmouth town.

WIFI throughout the hotel is free and HIGH SPEED fibre.  We have installed boosters on each floor to ensure every room receives excellent signal.

Hat or Lemon Bar is fully stocked including a carefully selected range of delicious Burgundy wines at very special and reasonable prices.  Allow yourself to enjoy a bottle over dinner.

All Rooms are furnished with all the usual tea/coffee making facilities as well as TV and telephone.  All calls to UK Landline numbers are FREE!  We have placed an information leaflet in each room to ensure you don’t miss out on what we offer or at what time.   We are here to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
